ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Sue has worked at Carers Victoria in Business Development and Events roles since 2018. She has been a carer for her elderly mother since 2015, when she moved in ‘just to help out a little’. The true balancing act of work and care didn’t really start until 2017 when it became apparent that there was more time needed to dedicate to her caring role. Working full-time in a sales/business development role for a multinational corporation at the time, made it a daunting prospect to approach the topic of ‘flexible hours’
