ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Rachel is a highly experienced mindfulness and meditation trainer having taught meditation and mindfulness-based practices for over 15 years in a wide range of settings, such as community classes, retreats, teacher training programs, workplaces and clinical populations.
As a trained counsellor with a degree in psychology, teaching mindfulness bridges Rachel’s passion for psychological science and mind-body techniques to promote health and wellbeing. Rachel is known for her ‘no-fluff’, warm, relaxed teaching style and is committed to making mindfulness easy to learn, practical and relevant for your life.
Rachel’s qualifications include: Bachelor of Psychology, Diploma of Counselling, MBSR facilitator (Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia), Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teaching and Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment
